Processing time: 0-3 working days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Time: 3-4 working days (Monday to Friday)
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM(GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground unless another method is selected at checkout.
We currently do not ship to:
Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
Guam
U.S. Virgin Islands
International destinations
Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are unavailable at this time.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress to your doorstep.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping:
We don’t provide international shipping.
Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking number or contact us. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
hypertead is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, especially during high-volume periods.
Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, the customer shall bear all additional costs incurred to correct the address and facilitate the delivery.
Should the item already have been shipped, the customer remains responsible for all associated costs, and no refunds will be issued for undelivered packages resulting from such errors. Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed once the returned product has been received by our facility in its original condition.
Shipping Delays:
Shipping timelines are estimates and commence from the date the order is dispatched, not from the date of purchase. Delays beyond the estimated delivery date may occur due to circumstances such as, but not limited to, invalid addresses, customs clearance processes, or other unforeseen events. Such delays are outside our control, and liability for delays shall not be assumed by the company.
Customer Responsibilities and Amendments:
Customers are obligated to provide accurate shipping and billing information during the checkout process. Should you identify an error in the provided information, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. If the product has already been shipped, no refund or amendment will be processed until the product is returned to us in accordance with our return policy.
Product Availability:
While we endeavor to maintain adequate stock levels, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays. In cases where an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform the customer, and the waiting period shall not exceed a maximum of two (2) weeks. Should the delay extend beyond this period, the customer reserves the right to request a refund or await restocking.
